here is the deal with prr Ok, In the past I have said that the mgt is rubbish and a rocket needs to be placed under their bottoms. NOW I'll go out on a limb and tell you what's going to happen at PRR.

First the share purchase scheme. Clearly the $1 million underwriting was the carrot here to PRR and the possibility of more funds. It now looks like that no one will pay 6.3 cents for the stock when its currently trading around 6 cent so bank on just an extra $1 mill to PRR through the underwriting deal.

The offer closes on the 10th October so expect support to keep the share price around/above 6.5 cents shortly. Don't expect too much news though.

NOW here is the kicker. Why would TC underwrite PRR? They clearly view that they will make money on the shares taken up through the underwriting deal. My mail tells me that plans are afoot to release some pretty substantial news post 10th October. Shares are expected to rebound significantly on this news and TC pocket quite a reasonable paper gain (each 1 cent increase in price is worth around $160K to TC or their clients based on the full $1 mill underwriting.

SO don’t expect great things leading up to the 10th October. Expect to see the share price at the 6.3 cent level maybe slightly higher.
