Whether it's Irwin or Brock or those blocks from the Tassie mine, why do we have to be subjected to blanket coverage from the media for days on end pandering to sentimentalism.
There must be many more women viewers of the type that live their lives through the gossip mags.
It seems we have become a nation of voyeurs who have no lives of their own.
