Definitely a nicer announcement to wake up to than what could have been. As others have stated - in the current graphene excited market it was perhaps prudent of management to replace the 1.6 mill they used to buy the rights etc -this then leaves our core business uneffected by the purchase - with the same bank balances etc.. (perhaps even more if current SH have uptake on the SPP..?)

Now I guess we wait to see what the market itself thinks of the situation.
