Seems to be quite a few ELDPA holders here urging others not to sell @ $95. It is kinda interesting that for both ELD and ELDPA holders it is probably in the best interests for the buy back to be successful. For ELDPA holders who are not selling the eventual return would be more certain if there are less outstanding as the company would find it easier to deal with $10-20M to redeem rather than $60-70M.
I suppose good on those posters for acting against their self interest and just stating what they believe.
Personally I am neutral on ELDPA but would consider buying later at a lower price
