Omg what age are you living on. We have advance in technology so much that we even can go in mars and get mineral from there to here.
Look at some company like 88e they have hit the oil in middle of Alaska. People say that oil will run out but looks at us now we advance in technology so much that we can go anywhere around the world and dig. So digging up in frozen ground is not a big deal at all.
