APAC did a share wash. They sold on market and took up the same value as shortfall shares.
Basically APAC sold their old shares to mums and dad investors and paid themselves (as major shareholders) as well as booking a tax loss.
Peter didn't take up any shares.
IMO that shows a serious lack of faith in the product.
APAC and MetalsX both flogged of half their holdings at top prices when BRN relisted.
The naivety of some holders continues to astound me.
