Pathetic fake sell orders placed well out of reach to create the illusion that the buy side is weak.  Same entity probably has their buy orders placed around 8 cents and below to try and catch a few out.  A really great time for a material announcement to give the share-price some traction upwards and teach these manipulators a lesson or two. I'm sure they think nobody will notice and it's a perfectly good way to conduct business.  Let's all just go undercover, pretend we don't notice and try and beat these puppies at their own game.
