    Well, I'm in no way saying this will happen, but IF they sold 20K acres at $15,500 per acre my calc is (after 100% conversion of notes), about AUD 88c a share. There are a fair few assumptions, I can post an image of my calc if you want it.

    Also, I'm using 20K acres, but not 100% confident of that, leasing running out, etc
