haha, I take it you havent been around too long, and seen the blatant manipulation daily for the last couple fo weeks, and there is not too many people who own more than 2million shares to be stupid enough to put up a 2 million share sell order a pip away from getting hit on a falling stock if they were running for the door, so that puts them in the capper category or the brain-dead category, even if they're brain dead this doesnt account for the excessive capping we've seen to date, where orders are added and then removed when about to be hit
