btw, it's a mistake to add performance shares and options unless the share price sits above the option conversion price and/or the fundamentals reflect the performance criteria needed for the performance shares to vest.

I often see people make that mistake

If the performance shares get issued and/or the options get converted I can guarantee that everyone here will be very much in profit as the share price will be closer to 6 cents or higher
