the SP has been a dog, but you've got no knowledge to suggest that this share price actually accurately reflects the technology /company. Despite the dogness of the sp, there are signs that the technology itself isn't a dog. So you're not necessarily right at all.
Market cap = (less cash on hand now so EV of ~ 4mill?)
