The pull into BrainChip from a to-be CEO's perspective is they will pay a competitive salary, provide bonus package and most importantly of all and the main reason why BrainChip would be attractive is equity. BrainChip is planning on being a hugely successful business IPO'ing on the NASDAQ or go through a large exit. And that @juancarlos, it much more worth $5M - $10M.
