Do you think Tom just lucked out and stumbled upon L-Max and Lepidico? Do you think our JV's just materialized and Tom did bugger all? I'll guess your answer and reckon Tom has some kind of business savvy goin on. Why would he sell now when upside shouldn't be far away? now here's the fun bit, fill in the blank ......... could be wanting to donate some coin to a charity, tax reasons, super, emergency reno on a property, wants some livestock, family medical bill, spreading investment funds, etc etc. When his decision is looked upon in this light which seems logical or probable then it seems he hasn't lost his marbles. Now I'm sure if you didn't get drunk at his Xmas party and smash his wife's favourite china vase and your dog didn't do what he did on the rug then he may have rung you to discuss his decision.
