would appear to be tied in the the "Special" sale that was booked last Friday of 850.000 shares @ $1.20. In turn also the ceasing to be a substantial holder notice lodged today.

question is tho why the raising - they had about $5.3 mio left in the bank at end of March, and "only" use about $400k per quarter?

no doubt market will find out in due course, meanwhile will be interesting to see if the market price gravitates back toward the new issue price
