It might just be strategic like ProP has previously suggested - it possibly implies to the NAIF that SMS's financial involvement is limited and is not going to be our solution for the infrastructure funding. Maybe the HK investors were only willing to accept up to a certain amount and SMS agreed to help us out with the rest.
We'll likely never know. I think we are at times looking a little too hard for the negatives, particularly when there could be any number of explanations.
But searching for positives... PB seems to be increasingly less able to make time for BRR interviews, which of course means that he is extremely busy tying everything up!!
