Hey gt, good to see you around. This quarter has been a turning one for cl8 imo.

Growth is accelerating. At the end of the march quarter there were 651 vehicles listed on the drivemycar website. On the 22 june (my last count) there were 859 listings. If there can hit 866 listings by the end of month(should do easy) that will be an increase of 33% for the quarter. Massive growth

    Also this quarter
    1. New Melbourne airport pickup/drop off -will increase revenue significantly imo

    2. Reduced minimum rental period from 7 days to 4 (at this stage only melb airport but can see dmc adding the 4 day option to other locations in the future)
    -will increase revenue significantly imo

    3. Managemycar service was only available in Sydney and contributes a substantial amount of revenue, was expanded to Melbourne.
    -will increase revenue significantly imo

    4. DMC has launched its first "dealer rental" service with LDV. Its still early days here but this deal could be a game changer in itself. "SAIC motor corporation" which is the mother company of LDV is chinas largest automotive manufacturer. It has joint ventures with Volkswagen and general motors. According to wiki in 2014 SAIC had over us$100 billion in revenue and was the 60th largest company in the world. This deal is already a success with the first renter liking the vans so much, they brought 3 new ones for their business. Another dealer has already signed up in cairns to be launched in july.

    5. Additional interest has been received from dealers and vehicle brands to extend the dealer rental service following the launch of the Ateco and LDV offering. A further agreement for the supply of vehicles to the DriveMyCar business was signed with a fleet owner in Sydney in June 2016

    6. DriveMyCar has secured supply of mine specification vehicles from one of its corporate partners and now has vehicles available in Queensland

    7. DriveMyCar to offer vehicle rental services for uberX ride share driver-partners. " Uber is the largest ride share company in the world and this promotional arrangement enables uberX driver-partners to access DriveMyCar’s peerto-peer car rental platform, the first and largest in Australia. DriveMyCar has developed a vehicle rental product specifically tailored for ride share use that addresses the need for uberX driver-partners to access quality vehicles at reasonable cost with the added advantage of flexible rental periods starting from 7 days" (from Fridays announcement)

There are many things that I would have missed but as you can see this has been a massive quarter for cl8. New deals and partnerships are starting to happen regularly and as they get some bigger names under their belt like airports, LDV, Uber etc deals/partnerships will get easier and growth continue to accelerate. Many, including myself, have been critical of management previously with there lack of communication with shareholders but having a look at what they've achieved this quarter it is quite impressive. Hopefully they can get a good funding arrangement shortly and we can rerate to a level multiple of today.

    All imo. Dyor etc
