As a obviously naive long term holder of SUD I thought ( foolishly it seems) that a little honest and optimistic input into this
HC blog might boost morale with a bit of input.
But for some I am a liar, an IT claiming I know more than anyone else and basically full of s--t.
For those interested I get my information from research, comparisons and frequently asking many, many probing questions of the company management. Once I believe I have some knowledge I pass this on to other frustrated investors on this blog, to be useful and hopefully honest. But the information is my opinion and I believe logical thought.
There is no information I give that is not available to any of you who read and evaluate the announcements, watch webinar presentations, go to the AGM's and follow other similar Biotechs and their often long and painful histories. Some do spectacularly well and others fall by the wayside.
Logic plays an important part combined with announcements from the company, leading me to certain assumptions about prospective partners, etc.
For example it has been stated many times that the company is in late stage negotiations with 3 of the the top 5 major pharma.
Its not rocket science to work out that SUD-003 ( *word disallowed by google) would be a great match for Pfizer, as their Viagra patent lapses in 2020.( notwithstanding a deal they have done with TEVA to manufacture generics). Pfizer to me is the logical major pharma who may be looking at SUD-003 as a new and rapid acting form of Viagra. Why wouldn't they look at a cheap alternative? But of course they need the data to be comprehensive and prove that the absorption profile of a new formula is worth buying into! Thus the in vivo rabbit study taking place. If the results are good then perhaps Pfizer might buy that formula from SUDA? Thats my logical guess and not from any other information base.
Again ArtiMIST is moving , as can be seen by the announcements. Novartis are a major pharma who are selling Artemether drugs for subSaharan African malaria, and would be a very good fit to buy into ArtiMist. To me thats logical??
I suggest anyone who is able to speak to NW or SC should go to the office and ask as many questions as you want, as a SH,which is your right. It may even be worth catching a plane if able as this is better than a phone call.
The management can only give you an indication of whats happening, but with enough questions you may get a broader understanding of where things are at in negotiations.
All this seems more effective than repeating the "same old "on HC and accusing others of various things.

Thats me on HC for the time being. And yes I hope to buy a small parcel of SUD shares next week as I believe we're onto a frustrating, but 'good thing.'
