Poyndexter, following the Brexit referendum result that online petition for a second referendum has exploded into a constitutional nightmare for the UK. It seems to me that a second referendum will have to be held, placing any moves to exit the EU on ice until after that is completed.
Meantime David Cameron has flagged his resignation while Scotland and Northern Ireland are reportedly bristling over the outcome with reports they will conduct referendums with a view to becoming independent of England and seeking to remain in the EU.
The United Kingdom is morphing into the Disunited Kingdom!
For its part the EU has responded with an emphatic demand for the UK to get out of the EU asap, regardless of the pain that brings.
