An example of two outcomes that fit the ann;

1) Chris wood, John Shultz and John Stefenac all resigned today when it was discovered that ADRC technology just didn't work. Luckily XPE has retained it's geothermal assets and has entered into an agreement to take on previous management of AZZ to explore potential transactions.

2) In other news, Robert Aslett, VP of Intel, IOT has joined the board of XPE today as the Australian based company makes moves into Asia and the US. To facilitate the move, Athan Lekkas will step down as Executive director to take on the newly created role "Head of US".
