Hi all,

Just spoke with the company secretary i.e. after the TH was issued.

She didn't know what the 'change in management' or 'executive appointment' meant yet as they have only just been notified over here (hence the TH). However she did say that with all the discussion taking place "over there" of late, she wouldn't have thought that either of the Johns or Chris would be going anywhere.

Read into that what you will.

p.s. Personally I don't think it has anything to do with JCT, as we already know that Eddie Jackson is to come on board as CEO of JCT. However if it were simply a formalisation of the previous JCT ann, then I don't see the need for a TH at all.

As sampreap has adequately illustrated, where there's smoke there's fire and I smell smoke.

However please DYOR as all of the above is just my humble opinion and recollection of the conversation.
