Looks positive to me, You can't really complain about a placement above the current SP.
Silvermarc you are obviously bullish on silver...I recall reading a few months ago that ARD already has a defined silver resource, the original feasibility study based their economics around a silver price of US $20 something I think from memory?
This stock could really come into play when the silver price takes off like many people are predicting. I know they changed to a base metal focus after the silver price collapsed, but what is the likelihood of them going back to a silver focus if we see the US silver price in the 20's or higher?
There is not many silver plays on the ASX, could be a lot of leverage potential here, especially with their low MC.
