I contacted them via email and got a response back the same day from Julian Graham, my email was sent to the general info link [email protected]. The following is taken directly from the response, however the bullet points have not copied in the correct place.

• Other than for the Systems and People Pty Ltd business:
• Leanne does not get regular information about the other PS&C Ltd businesses.
• She is not part of reviews or is privy to any financial information from those business.
• Leanne does not have access to any corporate information that would give her advance notice of results of the wider group.
• • Leanne owned the S&P for 18 years prior to selling to PS&C Ltd and ought to be entitled to monetise some of the shares.
  • She has gradually stepped back from day to day management of the Systems and People business as part of a managed succession plan. She is still available to assist the business where necessary.
  • Due to personal reasons and a desire to diversify her holdings, she decided to sell some of the shares. Please note she still holds a significant number of PS&C Ltd shares.
  • • Leanne is not a Director of PS&C Ltd.
