Unbelievable isn't it .... what a ripoff! I think these words are particularly interesting:

Heavey said Tullow has long considered Hardman a good fit and takeover talks began at a dinner he had with Potter five weeks ago.

The U.K. company plans to keep Hardman's Perth office open in the "medium term" and Heavey said it hopes to retain many of Hardman's staff, including Potter if possible."

Looks like my suggestion that Potter has shafted us and will get a nice cushy job with Tullow ... and a move back to London... was spot on! NEVER trust a dodgy Londoner .. my experiences with CMC have taught me that ... why did I overlook it in Potter's case.

Very annoyed and very disappointed with this outcome. We badly need a better bid ... BG and GDF come to mind ... so tomorrow's Flamant update will be very significant ... success may inspire more bids from the gas majors.
