As an investor I am always reluctant to sell a single share if I view the investment to have a strong chance of appreciation. The reason is that if I can keep the share for a year or more then any capital gains tax on profits will be 23 percent instead of 46 percent. Accordingly I would be surprized if THX shareholders are selling to shares to participate in the equity raising as they have to wait another 12 months if the share price takes off.
