My thoughts are very much in the belief this loan facility won't be used to any great amount. It's purely established to eliminate the funding issues. It provides stability to the SP and management can concentrate on expanding deals. Now it'll only take 1 deal for this baby to the 4c's+ and settle (then tap the loan to a minor level).
The end game is options conversion
I would also envisage some addition news is very much imminent, maybe the backlog of 'corporate deals' will begin to be assigned names.
In the background to all this management can still negotiate on better terms with international insto's.
