I think it's worth noting the following ...
"The Company has entered into consultancy agreement with Lisa Zhang under which she has agreed to provide certain consultancy services to the Company and Lisa Zhang has agreed to be appointed as an executive director of the Company"
Sounds like XPE did the head-hunting here and needed to make a juicy offer to secure Lisa Zhang's services. It also doesn't necessarily mean she has left Intel to work for Xped as some have so emphatically suggested. For all we know she still works for Intel Capital Markets (which would be even better)?!?!?
Also worth noting that she holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania ... the same school Donald Trump attended!!!
