Two weeks ago they said details on world WiFi and Message by the end of June, at a minimum I would expect them to announce that, they've had two weeks to put a few pages together saying Beta testing Q3.
Surely they can manage that, even if they are busy, sure I'll just do it for them! Consider this the announcement,
