I'm not short term trading it, but it would appear to be very low risk for buyers at current prices. I suspect low volume is a good sign from here for a while, if it moves up, as it is a sign of lack of an overhang. As a short term trade, I normally wouldn't like to long a crap raise stock when the retail issue has a lower low than the inst issue dip. However it would be silly not to acknowledge the Brexit plunge as contributing to that.
