The other shoe is yet to drop on how they are going to do this "Equity Finance". Information not being released because investors won't like it, but I think the dilution won't be so bad. They are only looking to complete the first Phase 3 trial, P3A if you will. There will be another Phase 3 trail for CHF, P3B then marketing costs etc. Way more to get MPC-150-IM to market than Mesoblast can finance. If P3A is a success then Mesoblast will be in a fantastic bargining position, owning all the rights and can carve up the World as it sees fit.
