I can't understand this stock! I'm so far down the rabbit hole on exposure now I don't know what to do! I keep FOMOing and selling at the wrong time!
As for the election, Melbourne metro is a state project but keeps getting mentioned by the feds - Who is the better government for NAG?
And what happens if this property bubble bursts? That coupled with the over supply of units on Melbourne can't be a good thing for the PASS side of NAG.
