I think CYP has to be very careful here
I have seen way too many examples of companies getting an offer and then suddenly thinking they '' shouldn't give it away''...so they hold out for a another deal that never comes
I believe CYP should grab this deal...it's easier to negotiate other deals with a signed one under your belt
