Tullow could be buying above 2.02 to ensure that they get their blocking stake.
All they need to do atm is soak up everything at 2.02.
They could end up with the company long before December.
If they slow their buy rate I can see the sp going below their offer.
If a better offer comes in they make heaps. Either way they win and we lose.
