ST1 is targeting strata, this is clearly to sign big building / development / accommodations/ hotel type deals, which means less customers and lower overheads and lower costs of supply in general.
this approach to retail electricity seemed to give LPE a huge competitive edge over its peers.
I reckon ST1 is applying this approach to internet, which is why it can provide double the speed of NBN at 30-40% discount to NBN...
