The main thing you want to look at is the Like and Comment to View ratio. Fake views (unless they are expensive click farm views) can't like or comment on a video, the only thing they leave behind is a view count.

Don't take my word for it, just go look at some popular youtube channels, find a video with similar number of views and compare to the Roam-e video.I would expect to see around 1000-3000 likes/dislikes for that number of views.

Also as its been mentioned, the ratio of likes to dislikes speaks volumes about what people think of this product. Lily video has a 98% like ratio, Nixie has a 95% like ratio and Hover Cam has around 95% like ratio. Roam-e has a 48% like ratio.
