I like your confidence cosair but Directors can only be judged on what they have accomplished in the past. The future is never a given and this looks like a tall order for our overwhelmed Directors as they run around flapping in the wind, not knowing how to drive value into this business and not understanding SH engagement.

I can imagine that Directors with experience and Dairy industry knowhow would be able to do a much better job that what has been shown thus far.

Now in saying this I believe that what you were told has yet to be announced and it better be good. I cannot see much good coming from it because of the level been set for incentive payouts. If the info that is yet to come is excellent, then it makes them look very bad and visions of noses in the trough comes to mind.
