I feel TLS is known as a bit of a safe haven for investors, when the markets drop it is usually pretty solid. We may see good support over the next few weeks as we have volatility in the market. However these outages are surely hitting their earnings + with future upgrades to equipment i think we may see it go under the $5 mark in the next 6 months. DYOR though.
Id be happy to buy back in at $4.50ish. I am bullish on the stock in a 5+ year timeframe but not in a 1-5 year time frame.
