STX doesnt need gas to sell for value to be achieved here. They need to prove they can get commercial gas flows - Value will then be applied to the potential resource delineation from there.
slide 11 of this illustrates this. Although they appear to be 6-9 months behind this schedule now with the pump / gas / water handling issues
