    From the offer document:

    The SPP Options will be subject to shareholder approval and will be issued under a disclosure document. Shareholders should note that there is no guarantee that shareholder approval will be granted and therefore there is no certainty that SPP Options will be issued to participating shareholders.

    Does anyone think that's a chance of happening?
