二胎政策放开 1-5月进口婴幼儿配方粉增长28%

随着二胎政策的放开，中国又迎来一次生育高峰，对配方奶粉的需求量也大增，但是由于消费者对国产奶粉的不信任并没有消除，很多消费者在选择进口婴幼儿配方奶，导致今年以来进口配方奶粉陡增，婴幼儿配方奶粉市场对于进口的依存度进一步提高。
据海关统计，2016年5月，我国进口婴幼儿配方奶粉1.7万吨，同比增长34.5%；同比增幅接近1月和2月份的增幅，与3月增幅相比大幅回升；1-5月累计进口7.7万吨，同比增长27.7%，进口额为10.6亿美元，同比增长27.3%，比同期进口的36万吨原料奶粉的进口额（8..33亿美元）还高出2亿美元。进口产品76%来自欧盟国家，来源企业除外资品牌企业外，还有一部分国内“走出去”的奶粉企业。

1-5月我国共进口婴幼儿配方奶粉76906吨，同比增长27.7%，价值10.6亿美元，同比增长27.3%。主要来自荷兰27240吨，占35.4%，同比增长32.4%；爱尔兰12166吨，占15.8%，同比增长20.1%；新西兰8991吨，占11.7%，同比增长48.3%；德国8154吨，占10.6%，同比增长63.9%；法国5251吨，占6.8%，同比增长10.2%；这5个国家约占中国总进口的80.4%。
1-5月进口量比去年同期增加的1.67万吨中，40%来自荷兰，19%来自德国，18%来自新西兰，12%来自爱尔兰。

进口来源企业，除主要是外资品牌的产品外，其中也包括国内乳粉企业“走出去”后带回来的进口产品，光明乳业、伊利、雅士利、娃哈哈、新希望等在新西兰投资或委托加工，以及合生元在法国的工厂、贝因美已落户爱尔兰等生产的产品。

进口价格来看，5月进口价格为13,519美元/吨（约8.8万元人民币/吨），同比下降5.4%；1-5月进口的平均价格为13,782美元/吨，同比下降0.3%. 目前，进口婴幼儿配方奶粉单价是原料进口奶粉的5-6倍，1-5月进口婴幼儿配方奶粉7.69万吨，而进口额达10.6亿美元，比同期进口的36.6万吨原料奶粉的价值（8.77亿美元）高出2亿美元。
