Have a look at the PLS announcements from 15th and 28th June. Chances are LIT and PLS will build the Port Hedland plant as a JV after the pilot plant results are released and proven scalable by LIT and CSIRO. Both parties have shown a desire to integrate their current businesses into a carbonate processing plant effectively taking out the middle men ie. Chinese processing plants. The benefit here is that roasting is not required and will significantly reduce costs possibly making the current processes financially prohibitive.
