We've had two top quality acquisitions announced in the last month or so. Sure, there could be a bit more information on them, but that is obviously why we have due diligence, to make sure things are as they appear.

If it's for a CR, you can look at what the money is going to be used for and then decide if you think it's a good use of the funds. The great part is you can then CHOOSE to participate or, wait on the sidelines - if you get an invitation to participate. Let's be honest, most of us own a few thousand dollars of shares, and if we own significantly more than a few thousand dollars worth, then I'm guessing you're not the one complaining.
