    this CR is not for retail holders, you don't get to participate this time around

    instos have been bugging Dave to let them buy some shares, and he finally said okay...

    all we can do is wait and see what:
    1. the placement price the CR was set at...
    2. total $ that BUD got (probably $5-10m?) - fyi max you're allowed to raise without shareholder approval is 15%


    I'm hoping it was at a slight premium (12-14c?), but most likely 10c...
