I did look at buying into DM1 when the IPO prospectus was issued but thankfully didn't.
At the current price the major holders must be out of pocket quite a bit from their original investment price if they came in on the IPO at 20c apart from Doust maybe.
Searching for info on the top 20 Didnt reveal much on,
Adcock group or P2P global investments (UK based).
Liberum Capital is also UK based and a investment bank.
Does anyone have any research notes on these investors?
It's also interesting after the price has tanked that they have been able to secure Bell Potter to underwrite it 100% with a sub underwriter as well.
I like the model but can't see that they are going to be profitable anytime soon however the price might get a little pump if someone wants out.
