You could probably work out the rotational velocity required to lift the roam-e.
You may have to guesstimate the blade size but the research bernoulli's theorem.
Its a while since I studied fluid dynamics and am a little rusty at present, however it is possible.
1 other thing, the A380 has a very slow takeoff speed in relation to its size due to its very large wing. Same principle applies to rotating wing and fixed wing, possibly proving high rotational velocity is not required....
