IMO,
Business loan or loan facility with a major bank after extensive DD on business model
Business loan has all the advantages over a CN as it is a far lower cost of capital. Other things equal, you would always prefer debt at commercial market rates.
It is far cheaper and you do not give up equity.
The proposed CN and its current terms and conditions -
looks like it had an army of U.S. lawyers working on it 24/7 for months LOL
