Can anyone remember who the other two tenderers were for the Shoalhaven Project?

This was from Shoalhaven City Council's Resource Recovery Park proposal:

"The composting processes have not been selected but are expected to involve either tunnel composting, or composting in bays in a ventilated composting hall. Whichever process is chosen and used, there will be a need for exhaust air from the composting processes to be passed through a biofilter or another odour management device, before being discharged to the external environment".

APBT utilise (or offer) a tunnel composting system and employ similar procedures to Anaeco's in sorting MSW.
