As far as I know, similar to so called start-up company like PSC's SP is not based on fundamental but based on CEO/MD or executive chairman's vision, availability (especially entrepreneurship) and future prospect, etc.
For instance, its peer PLS's MC is around $820m now. Its position is far more advanced and larger Li in size atm but it did not create any cent of cash flow (except bank deposit money interest). If we see past FR darling SIR's case, it did not create any cent of money until it was taken over by IGO last year when its SP was hovering around $2.50. Please note that its SIR's SP went up from mere 5 cents to hitting $5.05 (mc around $1 billion) at one stage along with continuous successful drillings at Nova/Bollinger. What it means is that there SP were mainly driven by only bright future prospect with known resource base.
If we see, world famous multinational companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, Google et al, all formed and started their company lives with CEO/MD/Chairman's visionary entrepreneurship at the very hidden corner of very humble space.
I do expect that the company teams working very hard to achieve their dreams in very harsh environment.
