Ann: Licensing Agreement Signed with Telink Semiconductor-XPE.AX, page-249

Without reviewing previous comments in any detail (so sorry if I'm repeating what's already here), if the licensing fee is calculated on relevant Telink chipset sales revenue (the announcement was a little vague), then it would equate to around AUD 8.6 million on Telink's anticipated 2016 sales, i.e.:

Telink 2016 revenue USD 45 million (assumed to be solely from chipsets) = AUD 60 million x IOT (Xped ADRC equipped) units 80% = AUD 48 million x license fee 17.95% = AUD 8.6 million (using information from 5th May and 4th July announcements)

Very importantly, it's worth noting that Intel and Lenovo have invested in Telink, who gave a demo at Lenovo's recent Tech World 2016 event (http://tinyurl.com/hkld2mk), and that Xped ADRC will be available on the Intel IOT Gateway. So it seems those companies are amongst the "Tier 1 Telink customers", potentially contributing to exponential growth in Telink sales.

The market might not fully wake up to the significance of all this until the sales dollars start rolling in, so now may be a great time to build a stake, even with a fluctuating share price.
