We think it's most effective in areas that have tremendous problems, 12% of the world population still cooks with natural carbon products, like animal dung. In India for instance there are over 200m people in this category, for them it's like smoking 40 cigarettes a day, including anyone around it like children. The rate of lung cancer in this group is exceedingly high along with every other type of respiratory problem.
In the US many people pay every trip to a doctor, it's not cheap or as here perceived to be free. Telehealth has the ability to reach many that otherwise wouldn't even go to a doctor, allowing doctors to treat symptoms earlier, which generally gives a better outcome at lowest cost.
As I said earlier, this would be likely be a targeted app to screen volumes prior to treatment, qualify the need and focus on those with the greatest problems. It will no doubt be driven by large volume sales in the early stages, in my opinion, and primarily to government and large health boards. Hope it helps, however it's just my opinion.
