    I am happy to be patient I am just amazed that a CR could be heavily over subscribed at a good discount and we are struggling to get past the CR price. Consider what happened with our larger neighbor and I think they have doubled the price of their CR I believe. I realize that each stock is different but the difference in the percentage gains since their respective CR's seems strange.
